The payment is a commitment fee of 10% of the agreed project budget. After payment, you will receive our proposal. If you do not agree with the proposal terms, you can request a refund of the commitment fee. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of proposal delivery, and the fee will be returned minus any third‑party processing costs.
